The support is quite good. Always responded quickly and my server ran perfect all if the time. I can not complain at all. Highly recommend and if I do stop hosting my own ark server, I would use them again next time.

I know very little about how to do this, but when I saw the toxicity and un-sportsmanship of the majority of the online community, I knew I had to do something.

I did a little research and found your service was new, but I had read some of your forum entries and thought you spoke well about what you wanted to provide and the cost was very fair.
After renting the server, I told my kids that they could play there. Of course it was just a barebones server and I was told that we need things like exile, missions, traders and the like.
Well this was a lot harder than i expected. I sent in a ticket with questions regarding this and you replied quickly. I scoured the internet on how to do this but it was indeed daunting to say the least.
I continued to ask questions through the ticket manager and you graciously answered them and then switched to personal email to make things faster.
30+ emails later, all in one day, my kids have an Arma 3 server with Exile installed. All this without me knowing a thing about how to do it.

Krypton is the best service provider not only for their competitive pricing but for outstanding support. The amount of times I've made stupid errors whether it be with an addon or DRP, every staff member has been able to help and didn't stop until the job was done.
Terrible service and non existant customer support, waiting 28 hours now after payment and still done have a server setup, order still pending stup. Goto their discord channel and read the horror storys some people are waiting 14 days for support. AVOID this company at all costs
Hi, I'm the admin of Rust game server THE OUTPOST 220.127.116.11:28015 . The first week we have one crash per day, horrible experience. Customer support couldnt fix the issue. Then after a week of pain, finally things stabilized. The most problematic issue is when the server goes into "status unknown", their explanation is they lost a part of the network, which is not responding. Then for 5 days things went ok, but today again another crash. At the moment the server is down since 1 hour, its saturday night, which is the peak population time, so bad. Support saying they are working on it, but 1 hour passed and no resolution. I would not suggest this provider to anyone, will just make you lose players.
